24 Hour Fitness

I moved here from Dallas, TX a few months ago. I've been a member of 24 hour fitness for years. I was amazed that this location was 4 times SMALLER than the Dallas, TX location. I was forced to upgrade my membership from $24 to $39 because they give you free towels. Well they don't tell you getting a towel is like searching for a needle in a haystack. This whole month of December it has been hit or miss on the towels. The machines are full of sweat and with everyone sick this time of year, i think body fluids everywhere is a hazard. The members don't bring towels because they expect to have towels available. The management don't care. Because of their incompetence the members have to suffer. I understand one day with out towels is a mistake. 3 days without towels is a trend and 5 + days is a pattern. To pay a extra $180 a year and to not get what i'm paying for makes me sick. I wouldn't suggest this location to a dog. The management don't care. When you contact management all they tell you is sorry. Well be sorry and give me my additional $15 a month back. Its sad that people can run a gym this way. DO NOT JOIN THIS LOCATION... YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED!
